Clutches/smaller wristlet bag/wallets, or bigger handbags when you go out at night?

Lately I'm seeing more large bags when going out at night. I used to be a cute small clutch (sometimes glitzy clutch) girl when going out but I have a couple friends who take pretty large bags (like their day handbags) out when they go out at night. (I'm in SF, btw) I think it looks more casual, so it looks cool. Still like little clutches though. What do you take-other girls? wanted to weigh thoughts on this, Thx!!=)

Wristlet or clutch if its to a club o bar or something. My big bag just gets in the way and thats no fun. I even try to use a smaller bag when going out to a nice-ish dinner, but sometimes I just don’t have time to switch over, lol.
small clutches ar good if your going dancing etc…but other than that bigger handbags are nice because you have room to store everything, where in a clutch you only have room for essentials.
