   At a high-end place like BCBG, they will probably fix your handbag for free. Call them up using the 1-800 number on their website and ask about handbag repairs. They should fix it for free and you will just have to pay for shipping. (This makes sense because what you spend in shipping, you'd have to pay for to fix it yourself. Plus, they'll do a better job.)Similar thing happened with my and MJ and they fixed it.
